Although I do not have a "team" I work with, I have agents in my office who will also help show if our schedules don't work out on a particular day. You are never left waiting on me.

If I have the listing, I will be more than happy to work with your Realtor. If you are a buyer who is already represented by a Realtor, I cannot help you. I cannot interfere in your current client relationship.

No. I work with existing homes, sellers, buyers, commercial properties and land sales.
I don't provide any credit cleanup, but I can tell you what needs to be done and how to handle some issues you might have. I also have lenders who can help us with this.
I know builders who will build on your property.
Sorry, but we can't. To keep our job cost tight, we build a handful of plans where cost has already been calculated and the building adjustments have already been made. What you see on paper with floor plan drawings does not always translate well into real world building without cost adjustments.
